Accordium Capital is the investment vehicle of Goaf Holding, through which we act as a strategic local partner for our partners/investors, identifying the most attractive opportunities in the high-end property and hotel market.

We design investment vehicles with efficient capital and debt structures, optimized to generate solid returns in short investment periods. Its strategy is based on four fundamental pillars that enable it to offer a distinctive program with high added value.

We are an independent firm with no conflicts of interest, focused on alignment with our partners/investors. We create tailor-made real estate vehicles, structure transactions efficiently, and manage the entire cycle with sustainability and prudence in mind.

Accordium Capital was born from the union of professionals in the real estate, financial, technical, and legal sectors with more than 25 years of experience and a common goal: to offer a more transparent and rigorous way to invest in real estate in Spain.

Toni Calvo

CEO

A professional with over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has participated in the development and management of new construction projects and asset rehabilitation add value.
He is responsible for discovering new businesses/projects off market, negotiating and analyzing financially. Subsequently, he supervises, coordinates, and manages projects with the partnerships, until its completion.
His experience has enabled him to build up an extensive network of contacts within the sector, which facilitates the acquisition of unique assets and transactions with high returns.

CEO of the García Reig family's industrial holding company, with an international presence investing in more than 16 companies in the following sectors: R&D, cosmetics, real estate, renewable energy, private equity and venture capital.
